Anyone watch The Simpsons?

I really like The Simpson. Most because it is really funny. But some times you actually learn something from it.

I like the old one more than the new. Why? Because I just think they were funnier.
Also the games for The Simpsons are nice. I got The Simpsons Hit And Run and The Simpsons Game.

So do you like Simspons?

I used to watch the Simpsons all the time but I stopped watching it once I started watching Family Guy. I can't really stand animated shows so I will only watch one, and I guess I chose Family Guy. It's way better anyway. I love that they've been pushing limits and buttons.

It may well be the craziest thing you have ever heard but I get weirded out by the dull yellow color of the Simpsons. I don't know why it happens, rather when I was a kid, I used to color my drawings with yellow color only and it is one of my favorite colors but I just don't like watching it.

I've tried watching a few episodes of The Simpsons but could never get into it because it's so old that I missed a lot of the story line.
I'd much rather watch FG or AD. (Family Guy and American Dad.) I also enjoy Futurama.

I just recently started watching them again. You're right about the older shows being much funnier. There have been some hilarious moments on the Simpsons that have kept me laughing for days.

I used to love the Simpsons, it was my favorite show for years and years (well ever since I was old enough to understand it). The first few seasons were solid gold. However, it began to dwindle in later seasons, especially after the tenth season. By the twentieth season (when it began to air in HD), the show became unrecognizable to me.

I don't understand how Fox can keep renewing it season after season when the quality has degraded so much that long time fans no longer care to watch it. I think it's mainly a nostalgia thing for Fox, since the Simpsons has been around for decades and is synonymous with the network. I just wish they'd stop tarnishing the reputation of the show and let it die gracefully.

I completely agree. The Simpsons is a show they should just put to rest, sad to say. You'd think they know how to do it since they cancel every other show they ever aired. Actually, scratch that. The Simpsons should move to a better network and Fox should be canceled. Thank you.
