Not so much when I was off sick - but deffo channel 4 racing was a pain on Saturday morning when i wanted to watch Sharkey and George.

Yes that was the morning line, was on for quite a while as they sat around debating the races of the day ahead, it was agony if you had no interest.

i remember that one. Difficult to get the image of John M in his pants out of my head now though. Damn that big brother programme!
