What was the daytime/lunchtime show that was about before Looase Women started? Was it the Des and Mel one?

There have been loads! Pebble mill. Today with Des and Mel. There was also Going for Gold with Henry Kelly. Neighbours when it was on BBC 1. Then there was Chain Letters after it, and of course - Countdown.

I may be going back a bit further here, but there was also 'Give Us A Clue' with Lionel Blair as one of the team captains, it had really cheesy music and featured two teams of four celebrities playing charades against each other.
