Hi all

anyone help with this , not a classic as not old enough ! was on cbbc probably last year may have been year before ( time flies) anyway it was 2 groups of young teens I think and they went to Africa I believe and did various challenges , helping schools out there etc

anyone got a clue ?
We have looked its def not on at the moment
